## How Blobade Works

You begin each match as a relatively small pirate competing against numerous opponents. Your objective is to collect resources, grow stronger, and survive until the other fighters have been eliminated.

The arena gradually becomes smaller, forcing surviving pirates closer together and making every encounter more dangerous.

### Collect Coins and Grow

Search the island for coins and other valuable items. Gathering resources helps you improve your position and gives you more opportunities to strengthen your character.

Keep moving while collecting, but don’t become so focused on treasure that you ignore nearby enemies.

### Pick Your Battles

Not every opponent is worth attacking immediately.

Early in a match, look for weaker pirates that you can defeat without taking too much damage. Avoid powerful enemies until your character has become strong enough to challenge them.

Watch enemy movement, wait for the right opportunity, and strike when you have the advantage.

### Watch Your Health

Combat can quickly turn against you. Every successful hit from an opponent can reduce your health, so careless attacks can end your run.

If you’re surrounded by stronger pirates, retreat and search for a safer position rather than fighting every enemy you encounter.

### Stay Inside the Safe Area

The island gradually shrinks as a dangerous zone closes in around the battlefield.

Keep an eye on the safe area and move toward it before the outer zone reaches your position. As the available space decreases, surviving players will be forced into increasingly intense battles.

### Unlock New Pirates and Pets

Use the coins you earn to unlock additional pirate characters and companions.
